No, we do not charge any extra fees or fuel surcharges. The listed price is the price you pay including tax unless stated otherwise.

We understand that you may not have a printer handy when you’re traveling so it is not necessary to have a printed copy. However, we require that you show ID matching your reservation and also the Order # that is immediately emailed to you after you make your reservation.

Wear whatever is comfortable. It is recommended to have a pair of comfortable shoes. Unless you’re visiting the Grand Palace, the most restricted attraction in Bangkok, then you need to wear long pants with a shirt that covers shoulders.

Not much, remember our trips are all inclusive except the one stated exclusive. We do suggest you bring appropriate clothing to fit the season and let’s have a great time exploring.

Promotional rate

There is no cancellation fee if the tour is on promotion.

Regular rate

25 % cancellation fee is applied if you cancel 7+ days in advance of the scheduled departure. 50 percent cancellation fee is applied if you cancel between 3 and 6 days in advance of the scheduled departure. Cancel within 2 day of the departure scheduled is subject to 100 percent cancellation fee.

Yes! Reservations are required for guaranteed spots on all tours. Reservations help us determine the number of guides, vehicles and things needed to plan ahead for your experience.

We do tour in the rain, snow (if Bangkok has!), and any other weather conditions that nature decides to throw at us. After all, we’re going on adventures and will provide you with raincoats or umbrellas. If the weather is unsafe for any reason, the trip will be changed or postponed.
